I was charged $90 to balance two tires and replace one valve stem. Afterwards, one tire had 5 weights on it and the vehicle still shook badly. They told me the tire was out of round, so I thought that was the problem. Later during an oil change at Saab tire, they immediately suspected liquid in the tire. They removed the tire, washed out fixaflat, rebalanced all four tires, all for less than half of what Edgewood charged me. I confronted Edgwood about it and was told that they would have fixed it if I had brought it back. But how was I to know they did not do the correct repair though? No refund offered despite the ridiculous overcharge and inaccurate diagnosis and service. Hence this review.
