Stay Away from this Company 8/27/2011

Edgewater Spa was very disappointing! We got one of the used spas. With a year guaranty. When it was delivered it worked for one day. The owner Ron Herman was very happy to take our money. But now he doesn't want to fix the problem. So much for the one Year guaranty. I look up the company at the Better Business Bureau. They have 6 complaints filed against them. The Complaints was for Problem with Products / Service. There failed to respond to 5 of the complaints. Please beware of this company. Edgewater Spa sells a lot on Craigs List. more

Edgewater Spa was very disappointing! We got one of the used spas. With a year guaranty. When it was delivered it worked for one day. The owner Ron Herman was very happy to take our money. Dont buy here! 1/28/2011

These guys are losers and only want to make a sale. Once you buy the spa you will never hear from them again. I have a one year warranty on my spa and after several attempts and appointments made no one has ever shown up or even called to help. Its not worth it to buy here go spend a little more and get good cutomer service! more

Horrible costomer service!!! Owner's is rude and unhelpful! Dont buy from them!! 10/5/2008

We purchased a used spa from them and they seemed very nice and helpful until an issue arose. When directed to the owner, his response was ""too bad""! The reason I am not writing the specific issue is due to retaliation. We are still under warrenty with them with our used spa. I feel the situation was very small and could have been handled very easily if they wanted to, but they seem to have ego problems. Not to mention the delivery people are extremely rude. I'm sure there are many satisfied costumers out there, but unfortunetly, I am not one. Good Luck, and take this a precaution before buying from Edgewater Spas! more
