I had a terrific experience at Edgewater Glass on 3-10-14. They were fast and friendly. Fixed the problem on the same day and threw in free slides for my mirrors. A very happy customer. more

Be prepared to be ignored 9/30/2006

I researched glass places and decided to take my kitchen cabinet doors to Edgewater Glass. I called ahead of time to find out their hours and the owner said "Come on over." I arrived within a half hour and he was running all around the shop and never once stopped to look at me. I waited 15 minutes and then I took my doors and left. He never acknowledged me, nor did he bother to say "I'll be right with you." Since I thought I had made a mistake and should have made an appointment, I called to ask when was a good time to come. He didn't understand me, so I told him I was offended he made me wait and never said a word to me and he said "If you're in such a hurry you should take your business elsewhere." So be prepared to work on HIS terms and maybe you will get some service. more

Good Service and fast 2/1/2006

The folks at Edgewater Glass cut me some glass shelves for a hutch that I bought last year and I was impressed with the service and the end product. They had it done on time and it was securely wrapped and taped when I went in to pick it up. I ended up ordering some more shelves like the first and it was as simple as taking accurate measurements and making a phone cal. They also beveled the edges for me nicely and I'm very happy with them more
