This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I had brought my t.v into them to get fixed in the beginning of April and am still waiting on my t.v. to get fixed????...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! I had brought my t.v into them to get fixed in the beginning of April and am still waiting on my t.v. to get fixed????? The volume on my t.v wenrt out one day so we brought it in to get fixed. I called twice within the two weeks to see if it was ready and both times was told it wasn't (they never called me once to let me know the status on my t.v) 2 weeks later we pick it up and about 3 days later my family and I are watching t.v and we hear this loud noise and all of a sudden there is no volume again? Bring the T.v in and now they tell me it's a speaker???? ( WASN'T THAT WHAT WAS WRONG WITH IT THE FIRST TIME I BROUGHT IT IN??) Now almost 3 months later i'm still waiting on the t.v.?? Each time I call I get the complete run around telling me it will be ready in another week. This company never calls their customers to let them know anything.. I call today and speak with the OWNER JACK who is a complete FUK-FACE starts yelling at me because at this point I want my money back since the T.V (which has been with them for almost three months) still isn't fixed. He starts telling me " HE DOESN'T CARE WHAT I SAY, HE ISN'T GIVING ME MY MONEY BACK AND THAT'S THAT!!" At one point he tells me he has a customer and THROWS the phone on the counter and makes we wait 10 minutes before he gets back on? i just can't believe this is how they do business, let alone treat a customer this way. Now, I'm told my t.v. will be ready this Friday, let's see now what the excuse will be. PLEASE whatever you do, DO NOT do business with these people. It is unfair to the customer to have to call in every week to check on their T.V. ( which I had already paid for the first time I brought it in to them in April) let alone to be treated like a piece of garbage !!!! THE OWNER TALKING TO A CUSTOMER THE WAY HE DID, LET ALONE TALK TO A WOMEN THAT WAY! Pros: None Cons: Owner is an FUK-FACE, Still waiting on T.V. already 3 months more
