horrible, HORRIBLE place to live. infested with somalis. seriously, some apartments have 8-10 somali women living in them with only like 4 on the lease and they walk around all fricken day and night. there is absolutely no sound proofing. you can hear the people above you using the bathroom, snoring, their cell phones beeping, and every move they make. the floors above creak and when people walk, it shakes your apartment and anything on your walls will rattle. management does nothing no matter how much you complain. how about putting decent carpet with actual padding down? that might help! living there was the WORST year of my life. the WORST!!! more

DO NOT RENT HERE 7/17/2005

Do not rent here! Theyare over priced and will rip you off. I paid a $300 cleaning deposit and still had to clean the apartment when I got there. There were holes and stains on the carpet. When I moved out, I cleaned the apartment and left it better than when I moved in. Because the apatment could not check me out before I had to move, they did it after I left then sent me a check for half of my deposit. I called the management to get it resolved and it took them over a week to call me back. It has been 2 months now and I still don't have a resolution. Would not recommend!
