A company can have a million moves go just fine, but its the move that has problems that should be paid attention too. I had to file a claim for damages caused to a home I was moving out of, and selling, by the careless movers, damage they admitted causing. 6 months later, the company demanded an inspection of the damages or they would not pay. 6 Months! My home had been sold, price adjusted for the damages, and they did not pay a dime for the damage they caused. Buyer beware, and do not do business with this company. Sure, your move might go fine, but if it doesn't you will not be appropriately compensated. Not to mention all the repeated smoke breaks Matt took, and the fact they smelled like liquor when they arrived to unload my belongings, after mysteriously getting "misdirected" by the GPS for 30+ minutes, that I had to pay for. Save yourself the trouble, and go with a more reputable company.
