We recieved service from this company for 2 separate incidents (thru HomeStart). Pros: After 3 weeks they were able to fix my washing machine Cons: Poor Customer Service.

The U-Line, undercounter ice maker at my company is covered by a $600 warranty with Eden Prairie Appliance. They took almost EIGHT weeks to repair our ice maker. Excuses, extremely poor communication, missed appt, zero effort to expedite replacement part...very, very disappointing experience. more
