i love eddies, always a nice greeting and a beautiful display of furniture. i read the last review and they are right but its not the polish it is the delivery men, they are very nice but the tall gray haired man smells funkey more

i love you eddie, love the kids, the staff, the furniture. but i do not know what it is but every time your men leave, it smells like a dead cat!!! i cant give my name because i feel bad but eddie is it the furniture polish? the tall man is nice as well as the shorter man, he like to chat, but please check this out. i hope i didnt offend . i brought a bed last month and i had to air out the room. but the bed is WONDERFUL more

Eddie's Furniture is good choice in the Spfld. area 1/31/2012

After shopping everywhere in the local Springfield area, we tried Eddie's Furniture. It is definitely a no-frills, small place, but they have a selection that is good quality. They are willing to negotiate with you on price more so than other places. We did not feel pressed to buy, and delivery was prompt and efficient. From the stories that I have heard about other furniture stores around here, I am pleased with our decision to buy there. more

excellent place to go, no pushy salesman but with the cold weather, a hot coffee would fit the bill. and eddie the cute kids in the tv are never in the store. also your enterance is not walker friendly. one more thing SENIOR DISCOUNTS HELLO!!!! more

hey people eddie is great his workers are great the two dudes who delivered were so cool they were super nice. the incharge dude was like he knew every thing and the bigger dude was totally like following i think they were mel and george or who ever also the furniture i got was very sturdy it was this cool bed more

eddies furniture is a step back in time. the building has been there for a long time. i heard it had horses at one point. the current owners are all family.ed is the father of five who is as kind as he is charming. his uncle i believe is joe and i think dave is his cousin. they called each other bro. while we were there a heafty fellow named george was walking past us and took the time to greet us and even joke with my grandson. the atmosphere was relaxing and the mood was calm. the store is a reminder of the ""good old days"" Pros: kind and honest Cons: not many like him more

i like the sales people and the relaxed feeling. the delivery men,the manager Dave,the young guy who brought things to my car and the lady who said she was the mother and who was very spiritual impressed me. every person in the place was the real deal Pros: kind people more

when George and his coworker deliverd my daughters bed a while ago George told her she was a big girl. He had a real fatherly way about him. The other thin man was very serious but George was warm and he made me feel like returning Pros: not many people are kind anymore George was very kind to me Cons: no problems more
