Their interpretation of ""Full Service"" gas pumps are: 1. ignore the customer until they get out of their car to look for someone to pump the gas. 2. after gas tank is full, ignore the customer (again) while you chat with the attendant in the booth. 3. wait for customer to get out of their car to seek you out (again) so that they can pay you. 4. become surly, verbally abusive and threaten customer as they leave. My encounter at this gas station was the worse experience I have ever had at any gas station anywhere! I considered contacting the owner, but worried about the attendant tracking me down and seeking revenge. [it was that scarey] Also, perhaps the attendant was their son? He sure acted like he was a ""Prince"". more

I've had acceptable service here in the past, but I won't go back after today. I noticed the attendant charged me $10 extra. I pointed this out, and he told me ""sorry, I'll pay you the difference in cash"". The problem is, he didn't hesitate or check his mistake. He already knew that he rang me up wrong and was going to pocket my money. I probably would have missed this if my dad hadn't told me that they tried to do the same thing to him more than once. I had one of the most pleasant experiances I've ever had at this gas station...I found the attendant to be very polite and helpful. He offerred me a carwash at a discounted rate and checked my oil for me. The bathroom wasn't the best I've seen but it is a gas station after all...haha more
