Dr Edd Jordan is a gentleman and a gentle man. He is smart and his intuition is sound.\r He knows his stuff!!!\r Dr Jordan exhibits a kindness and concern that is very reassuring, especially when your pet is really sick. He is never condescending and explains things completely. You will never feel embarrassed to start crying about your sick guinea pig or dog or bird. He understands how much we love our animals.His office staff is lovely and kind and compassionate (and beautiful too). \r I wish I could find a doctor like Dr Jordan for myself. \r P.S. Knowledgeable old school doc is thorough and kind, he offers complete detailed explanations and is patient and responsive with questions. In business at this location for many, many years. The office is dated but the service can't be beat. You really get the feeling that they really care about the animals they treat and that you are not just another number moving by on the conveyor belt. All 3 of my animals have been treated by Dr. Jordan, though most often it's Penny, the Dalmatian garbage disposal, who has eaten tin cans and Christmas trees. I too have had sticker shock on some visits but you have to remember, you get what you pay for and cheaper/shinier is not the same as better. \r Pros: Service, ease of communication with the doc, house calls Cons: Older office but who cares more
