I hired her for a year while I was deployed. She lied and lied on a regular basis. My rent to me was always late. I refused to renew the contract and she kept two month's rent, the deposit and did not clean home. You definitely get what you pay for... which is a waste of money because you do not get nothing but headaches and pains ... it is nothing worth it.. spend the extra money for some peace of mind... I have to get a lawyer involve... more money out of my pocket... Pros: Nothing Cons: Everything more

Low fees and so so service 4/27/2007

They charge 8%, but sometimes rents to owners are very late- even though the tenant paid on time because it takes weeks for the Ed Walsh office to process the checks. I think they mean well but don't do a great job. You get what you pay for. Pros: low fees. 8% vs. 10% Cons: lackluster service more
