Three items first...\r
1. Good inventory of product when I was there (Dec 2010),\r
2. Sales and Finance teams are well trained, professional, & courteous, but somewhat aggressive\r
3. The management team is lacking basic people skills and employs tactics that I thought were rejected as valueless in the 80s\r

My issue: I bought a 2011 Dodge RAM 1500 that had defects that I came to find out were documented by Dodge and known to Ed Voyles before I bought the vehicle. If disclosed to me during the buying process (i.e., if they answered my questions honestly), I would not have purchased the vehicle I purchased. I get caveat emptor, but lies of omission are a whole other matter.\r

I do not trust this company and would strongly encourage car buyers to look elsewhere.\r
