Ed Napleton Jupiter Dodge

I had the WORST sales experience when buying my last car! In 1997 I bought a mini-van from Jupiter Dodge and when it was time to get a new one, I thought I would return. Little did I know that it was bought by Ed Napleton. A few of the sales people remained, as I was able to recognize them, however I did not go through them. The sales person to approach me first was a young guy, kind of pushy. I told him what I was interested in and when we agreed on a price, I called my daughter to ask her opinion. To make a long story short, I over heard the sales rep. and other co-workers making fun of me (my English is not great--I'm getting help writing these!) outside the office I was in. I confronted them and started to storm out of the showroom, when the manager intervened. Luckily for the sales reps, the manager knew what to say to get me to stay and buy the car. If my car needs servicing I have my daughter take it in. more

I took my Chyrlser Voyager in for a repair to Jupiter Dodge after I gave The service guys at Arrigo Dodge 2 chances to screw it up. I brought it in initially to Arrigo so that they can repair a recall on my vehicle. But when I got it back, it was making an awful noise and the steering felt funny, I brought it back to them and they still couldn't ge tit right. Then I took it to Jupiter Dodge. They figured out and fixed the problem in about 20 minutes. They also reminded me that I was overdue for a maintenance (which I gave them the honor of doing). They have awesome coffee in the waiting room. more

If you own a Dodge still under warranty, it's worth the drive up to Jupiter to get your car serviced. They usually can see you within the week and if they told you your car will be ready that day, it will be. They also provide a shuttle service, but if you have to rely on it, make sure you have the time to spare. My mom had to use it once and because she had to be driven to West Palm, she was the last to get dropped off--two hours late. more
