Garage Service 7/29/2013

Better than I could ever imagine. He returned my call before I could stand up from my computer. I explained my problem and he told me exactly what he was planning to do, right down to the cost. He came the next day, and my garage door was working when I returned home from work. He didn`t press for payment immediately, but told me to drop it in the mail. I am still smiling. more

Garage Door Openers 7/4/2013

The service person called ahead to let me know they were coming. They arrived ontime, promptly fixed the door and completed the annual maintenance. The service person was extremely nice. I would defintely recommend Economy Overhead Garage Door, Lancaster, CA and plan to use them again for the annual maintenance. more

They called me and asked me several specific questions in order to make sure that I needed their services. 5/10/2013

After it was clear what the problem was, they quoted me a price and arranged for a visit the following morning. They arrived at the time specified and tried to save me money by fixing the problem without replacing the equipment however the technician was unable to do so. He then noticed that the equipent that he had was not the proper piece needed for the repair and he would have to go back and get the proper piece and return the following day. They returned the following afternoon and replaced the broken piece. I was very pleased that they went the extra mile (over 30 miles) and didn`t blink. Their customer service was a welcomed surprised. more

They did what they told me they were able to do on the phone and that was fix my gargage door. 5/10/2013

Their response time was unbelievable and their pricing was very competitive. The service was excellent and very timely. The tech who installed my units was very professional and friendly. I will definitely plan to use them when we decide to replace our garage doors. more

Economy Overhead Garage Door 5/10/2013

Although they were a little late arriving, they installed our garage door opener quickly. It works amazingly and I would definitely recommend them to family and friends. The technician they sent out was very friendly and I scheduled an appointment on Saturday and the work was done on Monday. Very happy about the service we received! more
