They need to start doing business with morals and ethics and not like wall street!! I live in a one bedroom apartment and they charged me $700 for a move. I do not own a lot of items for a 1 bedroom apartment. The manager sent 2 workers who didn't know the first thing about moving and went slow and took frequent smoke breaks.... horrible experience but I had to move that day and had no choice.... that's where they get you.... you pay them or they don't move you.... worst moving company in Cincinnati by far!! more

Professional All the way around. This was a very well rounded company from start to finish. I had to change my move date around a few different times and Economy was more than understanding. They worked around my schedule and were very pleasant to work with. The movers did a great job protecting my house and furniture. more

economy moving mad moving even worse 3/6/2012

The owner of economy was 1 of the 3 guys moving our stuff. He fold almost 100 quilts while on the clock. brandon another guy moving our stuff smoked while on the clock , talk on cell, took many breaks, walked around, screwed off, & slacked. Brandon broke a peice of glass right in front of me but when i told the owner of economy he insulted me and pretty much said all of our things were garbage. VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL . Moving with Economy was the BEST moving decision I could have made. With so many moving companies in cincinnati it is hard to know which moving company to use. I searched and searched for the best company to get the best value for my move. A friend told me that they used this company a few months ago and had a wonderful experience. These guys aren't the cheapest, but there certainly not the most expensive. I got experienced men who understood the difficulty of being elderly and they catered to my needs and made me feel at ease. I was so impressed by the way this company handled my family?s furniture I had to write a review. We have this beautiful new baby grand piano and I was worried to death a scratch would get on it but the guys at Economy did a great job! Thanks guys more

AWFUL EXPERENCE BEWARE OF THEM 6/11/2011

These people said they would take a check and when they got there and would not put the furniture where I asked them then they said they would not take a check and threatened me a Senior with "we will just take the furniture back and charge you 250.00 per day and let's see you get it back" If you want to have a NIGHTMARE then hire this awful company. more
