One Star is TOOO MANY for this place, unless they are RED ones to warn someone to be on the watch for where not to go. This business could improve themselves by accomplishing the tasks presented to them in a timely manner. The man said it would take three working days to complete this, was NOT DONE, even when given TEN. Maybe he over esimates his capabilities.\r \r I took a pair of boots to this shop to get new soles and heels put on them. I was told they could be ready by the following Wednesday. I could not get back to this place until the Saturday after they were to be ready. Nothing had been done to them. I went back a week later, STILL NOTHING DONE to the boots. The tag attached to them clearly stated they were to receive soles and heels. I took my boots with me and left the store when I saw the work had not been done and plan on tasking them somewhere than this shop.\r \r If you can find another place to get work done on your boots and shoes, I would reccommend you take them there. t more
