Econo Lube 'N Tune

THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF. They treat women like crap. They are one of those companies that you hear about that, when you go in to get an oil change, they find the brakes are bad, the engine is going out, the transmission is failing, etc. Don't waste your time. RUDE management and shady sales tactics. more

This is the WORST automotive store I have EVER been to. The employees are RUDE. They are way overpriced, and tried to upsell every bit of money they can out of the customers. I have only been a handful of times, and it was just to get oil changes, but I wont be back. The company seems as though its shutting down soon and I see why. more

**RUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW!!** Considered yourself WARNED. I frequented this Econolube for YEARS. YEARS. New management came in about a year ago and the ENTIRE establishment has turned completely crooked, except for the ONE employee that has lasted, Frank. He changes oil, and is amazing. Everyone else is HORRIBLE. ESPECIALLY the new manager Brett. The company has now begun the whole ""rip off"" scheme that they steered away from when they were a smaller company. I have been in and out of there the past three days with the same problem, and every time, they come in, call the customer's name, and tell them it's ""Bad news"". They bad mouth ex employees TO THE CUSTOMERS. They were going to charge me $900.00 for a compressor and condensor change on my A/C THAT I DIDNT EVEN NEED. I went to another company that my friend recommended (who is my NEW mechanic company, btw) and they actually SHOWED me what was wrong. The hose clamps were loose and it was leaking freon. That was it. RUN- DO NOT WALK NEAR THIS ESTABLISHMENT. The manager is RUDE, ARROGANT, and doesnt even HIDE the fact that he is ripping you off. It's a shame, because after 10 years and my loyalty, I got nothing for it. My plan is to go to EVERY site that I can and warn everyone. more

Called in to get a synthetic oil change after work. The hours were great and the location was not at all crowded. The employees were very friendly and attentive. I've had my oil changed at many different places, and I have to say Econo Lube has been the friendliest and fastest service I have received. I'm ususally in and out in 10 minutes, and I got my tires rotated and filled for free. They'll also let you know if something needs to be replace or fixed, without any pressure to do so. Friendliest service in town. Highly recommened. But if you'd like to wait over an hour at wal-mart, be my guest. It will just make my oil change quicker. more
