A very pleasant stay. The room was spotless. Friendly desk staff. Excellent service staff. The ""Falls"" water garden near the entrance is precious includes a ""Maid of the mist"" My 1 and only complaint was the extremely rough entrance to the parking… more

The hotel is far from the falls and you need a car to get there but it is just a ten minute drive. The area around the hotel has a lot of stores. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable and the staff was very helpful. There were no luxuries, just a good night's sleep. It was excellent value for the money. more

Excellent Stay - extremely clean room & spotless. Warmly welcomed in reception and provided lots of assistance how to get from Econo Lodge to various points of interest. Breakfast was excellent - lots of selection, and the breakfast area was super-clean. Overall, a great pleasure to stay at this Lodge - would definitely return. Check-in & check-out was a breeze. Thank You. more

Hotel is 2 miles away from the Falls, was kept Clean and tidy. Helpful staff, provided all the needed visitor information. Breakfast was OK could be better. Not bad for a night or two to stay. Do not rely on free shuttle to the falls. more

This place was wonderfully close to Niagara Falls and had a shuttle service back and forth which we really appreciated. Only drawback was having to cross a busy road to catch the shuttle. We would stay there again in a heartbeat. more

If you are looking for a decent hotel with close proximity to the Niagara falls, then I would definitely recommend this hotel. I cant say much about the hotel since I stayed for one night but I have nothing to complain about either. more

Good Place for the night, this place is not good for people who prefer to have Refrigerator, Coffee machine in room. You have Free Breakfast with coffee/Tee provided at lobby. You have vending machines. I have not used Wi-Fi. There is small Pool. I liked the rooms as there is no stinking smell or Bed Bugs :). more

We stayed at this hotel for a girls weekend of shopping... the hotel was very clean and reasonably up-to-date. The hotel was very close to the Outlet Mall and the other stores along Niagara Falls Blvd. It was about 25 minutes to the Galleria Mall.\r \r We got an excellent deal on our room. We had two queen sized beds and it was only $120 for the two nights. The best part about this hotel is the breakfast, which is included with the room. There were lots of choices: bagels, cereal, toast, pastries, muffins, apples, juice, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc. This was much appreciated, especially because we didn't want to spend too much time on breakfast... we wanted to get to the mall!!! :)\r \r The front desk service was great both on check in and check out. Our phone wasn't set up properly when we first got to the room, but when we call the front desk, it was fixed in a matter of minutes.\r \r All in all, I would recommend this hotel... especially for a shopping trip! It isn't romantic but it is clean, the location is good, and the breakfast is a nice touch! Enjoy! :) more

The service i expeirenced was excellent, from the moement i entered the door i was greeted with a smile and was taken care of by down to earth people. I did not expect this out of a econo Lodge. The rooms were nice and big. The architexture outside was beautiful. I paticualiarly enjoyed the pool gazebo area. Great Hotel!!!!. more

Econo Lodge is quickly becoming my favorite hotel chain. I have stayed in numerous ones including this one all around the country, and my experience is always consistent. The rooms are clean and comfortable (though in this hotel I may have gotten a newer room), the pool is very nice and heated, the hotel looks attractive, and it isn't too expensive. I like Econo Lodge because they tend to be rather cheap but still provide many amneties places like Motel 6 don't. more

I chose this hotel because, when calling all I found on internet, the girl that answered desk phone was absolutely wonderful! She explained ALL there was to do within 40 min. drive time, gave easy directions to falls, suggested 3 ""great & resonably priced"" places to eat: Ole Country Buffet, China House eat-in or take out & House of Pasta all on same road as hotel, and reassured me that our stay would be pleasant & memorable. We got the jacuzzi suite and at less than $100 a night it was ""beautiful""! Room was exception ally clean, roomy, comfortable and tastefully decorated. We had ABSO LUTELY NO PROBLEMS, IT WASN'T NOISY, IT WAS VERY CLEAN & VERY ROMANTIC!!! Their free continental breakfast was quaint & a charming(get to know the other guests) kind of atmostphere! Take it from me(a person who turns the mattresses over to check how clean they are...and checks every nook & crany kind of hotel stayer) This place and its people was absolutely WONDERFUL!!! WE DEFINATELY WILL RECOMMEND IT TO ALL WE KNOW & LOVE! more
