Service staff was way above average 7/21/2011

My family stayed at this Econolodge from 7/13 - 7/15. The room was exactly as we expected from the web search, and we all felt that the customer service staff was way above average, especially Alycia, who would be an asset to any property with her "can do" attitude. The room was ready when we arrived, the ammenities were great, and the free shuttle service to the attractions made the fact that we were not right downtown an OK experience. All in all, for the price and ammenities, we were very pleased and would stay again on our next trip. more
