Good: We have stayed at this hotel every time we come to Nashville. My husband has had a liver transplant and we have to have frequent follow up care at Vanderbuilt. I have met some of the most compassionate, caring people that I have ever known. They have a hospital rate to help families out who have to stay for long periods of time and on one occasion when our visit required us to stay longer than we had planned, they gave us a complimentary room because we didn't bring enough money with us to cover the cost.. Bad: Everything is excellent from the front desk staff, who goes above and beyond customer service to the rooms. Very nice comfortable beds. The continental breakfast is cold items only, but thats fine with us.. Improvements: None. Everything is fine.. Other: Very nice people and hotel. I have told all my family and friends of the kindness and compassion this hotel has shown to my family.
