It was clean, quiet and rather charming. Very convenient to the neighborhood which is charming as well. Great location to Disney and Oldtown. more

Needed a place for overnight to get to parks. Easy check in nice room. Only complaint is that they still are holding security deposit on credit card 3 days later and price keeps changing. Room was paid in full , authorization should be removed within 24 hours. Use hotels alot never had this issue more

For what we paid, this was a great value hotel, and the service was nothing short of stellar. We had booked a room for two nights next door, at the Masters Inn, and had a horrible experience. Desperate to get out of there, we got a room here.\r \r The lady at the front desk was SO sweet, and agreed to hold the room for me while I went to check out and battle for a refund next door. When I came back, she got me a room right away, and lent me a hair dryer, iron and ironing board. Another lady offered to bring the ironing board up for me so I wouldn't have to carry it.\r \r When we got up to our room on the 3rd floor, we were pleasantly surprised to see a room that looked practically brand new. It smelled fresh and clean (with a hint of cinnamon), and had a nice dark granite countertop for the sink. The bath looked like a brand new bath fitter tub. The bed was surprisingly comfortable (especially compared to the rock I was sleeping on next door the previous night). Now, I've stayed in some very nice hotels, but this place surprised me nonetheless.\r \r I may hate Hwy 192, but I would come to this hotel again in a heartbeat. Stay faaaaar away from the Masters Inn next door - stay here instead. more

I always book with chain hotels, Choice Hotels preferred, as I am very budget savvy. I saw the location of this hotel and was well familiar with its area of other cheaper hotels with minimal ameneties. I was in town for 1 night and wasn't looking for a relaxation, just a shower, tv and bed with my husband and niece. \r It's a lot easier to get to this hotel from I92, just take a left on Polynesian and another left behind the hotel in the front. This hotel is set behind another. It looks a bit off-setting at first, but then again it is an old building. You drive around to the front (follow the signs where check in is) and it's nicely lit and tucked in.\r I was welcomed by a lovely agent by the name of KAT. She was very nice and inviting that I really felt appreciated. She was pleasant, even at that hour and she was the same woman that checked me out in the morning! I would recommend staying her beore Knights Inn, Travelodge or Rodeway Inn only because of KAT and the man JIM as well. Nice folks that you could tell made a huge effort in keeping with the chain. The rooms were fine, clean and stocked. Didn't expect too much. But, I felt safe and there was lots of lighting! \r Really will stay there again. They were incredibly nice! more

Hotel rooms were clean and in good standing. Front desk agent was nice and very helpful. free shuttle service was outstanding. Bus meet it schedule time. This is good place that I recommend to people who would want to travel to Florida. What else can you expect at this low price. I cannot wait to come back to this hotel. more

The customer service and location of this hotel make it an excellent deal for the money. If you want a five-star hotel, pick a five-star hotel. If you want a safe and quiet place with helpful clerks and housekeepers, then this is the place for you. Right off the main drag in Kissimmee it was close to everything but not bogged down in traffic as can happen in Orlando. We will definitely stay here again. more

After driving 18 hours straight -all night - with two young children in the back seat - we arrived early and they let us check in to our room 2 hours early. THANK YOU. My husband is a doctor and had reports to do daily, the WI-FI worked great in our room. We enjoyed the breakfast each morning - cereal, milk, juice coffee, muffins, toast, begals & cream cheese . I used the laundry facilities- worked great, did not have to carry dirty clothes home. The room & bath were clean. The carpet was worn, but reasonably clean. The common areas were very clean. There were secutity cameras all around, I felt safe. Great location - near WDW and restaurants. Over all, for the extremely LOW PRICE we paid for our room - I know we definately got our $$$$ worth here. The A/C was COLD, the water was HOT, the bed was COMFORTABLE, and the breakfast was FILLING... I got just what I paid for. more

We checked into this hotel as our last stop on our vacation. It was by far the best we stayed in. It was clean, the front desk clerk(Sandra) was SUPER NICE and helpful when we checked in. There was plenty of parking and the wifi was free and functional. I wish we would have stayed here for the first two days of our trip. more

I spend in this hotel 5 days on budget travel to Orlando.Hotel is clean and very well maintain.Staff(reception and maintenance)is very friendly and profesional and willing to help in any sytuation.General Manager of the hotel in particular is extremely nice person. The only minus at the time of my travel was that they did not have contract (yet) with shuttle service from the airport and taxi costs approx.$60.But gues what!?-when I made complain about it,manager offered me a ride and she drop me to the airport herself!!!!!! I will definitely go back to this hotel in the future and I recomend it to all budget travelers. more
