Econ River Animal Hospital

Dr. Lipari is the best vet I've ever taken my cat to. I've gone to see her a few times when kitty was sick. Every time I go she wastes no time figuring out why kitty was sick, and even before that her well-trained staff can usually figured it out. She always does a good job and never tries to push products or extra expenses. more

I have finally found a vet in the area who cares about the animals and not just a profit. I was angered after my past few vets wouldn't get my sick animals in because they were booked. They would refer me to the Animal ER, or they could make an appt 2-3 days later. Dr. Lipari goes above and beyond and really cares about my animals. If it's an emergency, they get me in immediately. Thankfully, b/c I have had 3 emergencies in the past 6 months. She is very down to earth and explains things in terms that I understand. The staff is also great. I brought a stray cat in for tape worms that was afraid of all humans. It took hours to get her in a cage just to get her to the vet. After they treated her and watched her for a few hours, I went to pick her up and the vet techs were walking around with her perched on their shoulders. I was shocked. This is the only vet I would recommend in the East Orlando area. Keep up the great work!!! more

My dog, Coco was very ill, and had only seen Dr. Lipari a few times and he had become very ill, but she treated him with such compassion, and was very honest. He was critical and was dying. He had liver failure after only 6 yrs, which I felt was because of poor treatment by several vets which I won't name. They believed he had bowl syndrome, and kept changing his food, but that's beside the point. She recommended the Veterian Specialist Hospital in Maitland but explained all my options and costs that I could go through. I took him there in hopes he could be saved, but they couldn't save him, he only kep getting worse. They recommended I put him to sleep. I went back to Dr. Lipari and taked with her,and she was honest, but agreed that he was so far gone, and weak that I was only prolonging it. She saw my pain and said she would try, and try she did. She gave him blood transfusions, (which one of her techs volunteered her dog) to help me with the cost. She gave him IV's and he lasted about a week. I lost my best friend, but I know he had the BEST care he could have gotten, which helped me tremendiously. She is superb, and one of the most compassionate people I know. The girls in the office are fantastic!! They helped me through a very difficult time. Your best friend vwill be in the BEST of care with the Econ River staff, I know mine was!!! I took my dog for boarding there and all staff were amazing, my dog was so scared and they had a lot of patience and they were lovely with my baby. I have a mix Pitbull- boxer, he is very sweet and he was so scared, and the staff made everything to make him feel comfortable. Then I started to take him to regular visits and every one is so kind, ALL THE TIME!!! even when I saw other dogs there being mean, they know how to control them and how to deal without make customers feel bad about it. They have a lot of experience and I love everyone there. more

I met Dr. Lipari within her first week at the clinic. She has, through the years, been incredibly thorough in her clinical diagnosis of each and every one of my pets (and I am a rescuer, so there have been many). Her dedication and willingness to go the extra mile for her ""patients"" never fails to impress me. I am so fond of her and her staff that I am willing to drive from my new home in Sanford all the way to the east side of Orlando just to have her continue to care for my four-footed babies.
