Either you all worked for the company or were related. The only reason they had problems getting you parts was because their credit was so bad. I bought a scooter and the useless 500.00 ""preferred customer"" maintanance agreement. I had it serviced once and then they closed their doors and disappeared into the night. more

I have been a customer since 2005. Have purchased 3 scoots and felt that management and staff have always treated me and my wife like we were the most important customers that ever walked into their door. The shop staff, front office, and sales staff go out of their way to make each experience a win win for everyone. I don't do my own service and have the mechanics change my oil and do the tune ups. Each time they have always done a little extra here and there to keep my scoot in tip top shape! I have never had anything but excellent service from EcoMoto. They even sponsor Safety Seminars, Scooter Club Rides, and contribute to the local economy and actually do care about the environment. I found every interaction with Eco Moto to be best-of-class, it's simply been a pleasure to do business with them. Just the fact that it's the only place I could test ride and buy a Vectrix all-electric scooter distinguishes them in itself, but they also had no hesitations about handling exceptions for me, and have provided excellent support and follow-up after the initial sale. All of my questions, some quite technical, have been dealt with by helpful and knowledgeable staff. Pros: Large inventory, lots of electric-only options, knowledgeable staff, excellent service. We have purchased two scooters and have referred many friends to Eco Moto. We always find them very helpful when we are in to make the purchase, the employees are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. However, if you have any trouble after your purchase, don't count on Eco Moto to be there for you. We have had trouble with our Buddy 125 CC scooter and brought it in to be repaired, and despite the extended warranty on our scooter, we have had to wait weeks to have our scooter looked at and days to be repaired and, of course, the full - extended coverage warranty just happens to not cover the problem with our scooter. This is a common story at Eco Moto. Bottom line, great prices and great selection, but don't buy here if you want support or coverage after your purchase.
