Excellent Service, Exceptionally clean 8/28/2009

Nick was extremely attentive when I initially contacted him. He set up an appointment that worked with my schedule right away. When he got here, he was very nice. He knew my husband and I were both working from home and he quietly got the job done, and quickly. He explained everything to us when he was done and even sent me a hand written thank you note a week later! I couldn't have found a better company and I feel great about having my carpet cleaned the Eco Friendly way. Thanks! more

Highly Recommend 8/26/2009

We were very pleased by the prompt service, fair pricing, cleaning process and guarantee. We had our carpet cleaned and the following week our dog got sick. Ecosafe came back out and cleaned the area for free - no additional cost. We really liked the fact that no harsh chemicals were used! We are planning to use Ecosafe on a routine basis and recommend Ecosafe to our friends and family. more

I had been searching for a carpet cleaner that uses green, environmentally safe products, when I met Nick at an Earth Day event. The cleaning was amazing. Our carpets were very soiled and Nick did an excellent job on getting them clean. Nick is very dedicated, thorough and easy to work with. I am so happy to find a company that uses green products and also provides great results and excellent customer service. more

Excellent Service and Results; will use again! 6/29/2009

We were extremely pleased how our carpets looked following EcoSafe's cleaning service. The carpets hadn't been cleaned in 3 years and the high-traffic areas were flat and dirty. Nick restored the carpet to look and feel almost new! We are very pleased! :-) We also asked Nick to remove a bad stain in one area, a stain that a well-known carpet-cleaner company attempted to remove (but it came back), and it is completely gone! Nick also assured us that he would come back and re-clean it if the stain does reappear. Also, Nick is a delight to work with, very professional, pleasant, and shows extreme care while working in our home. I would recommend Nick and his company to anyone! more

Nik was very friendly and professional and had an unbeatable guarentee. Our carpets are a very light beige and we had at least 7 large stains in the living room. Myself and another company had attempted and was unsuccessful. I can't even tell where the stains once were, amazing. I was also pleased that the carpet were soft after he was finished and didn't leave any after smell. I have and will recommend Ecosafe to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Many thanks to Ecosafe, it's hard finding a company that does things right. more

Carpets looked great. 5/10/2009

The area where our dog has urinated smelled much better.We really appreciate that the company uses non-toxic, green products. I liked that the small furniture was moved. I was pleased that the carpet was vacuumed before the cleaning. My only negative would be the price- we would do it more often if it was a little less expensive. more

They were very professional and did exactly what they said they would do. 5/2/2009

I am really liked that they used pet safe products because I have a puppy. After the cleaning my carpets look almost brand new and it brought back its fullness. I had some spots that I was not pleased with and he came back out and touched up those areas free of charge. He also left me some pet spot remover which has come in handy. I will use them again in the future and I have already told my friends about the company as well. more

Full House Carpet Cleaning 4/21/2009

I was sure no one would be able to clean the carpet to my expectations. But when I arrived home it was amazing, it was clean, shiny, it looked like new again. All the stains that were shown to Nick at Ecosafe Carpet Cleaning were gone. Money well invested! Thanks Nick! more

Carpet is like new again! 4/20/2009

The carpets turned out great! Nick was very friendly and explained the process which EcoSafe uses when he came out to do an evaluation one week before the cleaning process. The equipment was able to accomodate an upstairs condo located towards the back of the complex. The actually cleaning process for two rooms only took about an hour, but 'dry time' was a lot longer than estimated (about 24 hours total compared to the quoted 4-6 hours). But by the following evening, the carpets were completely dry and just like new. more

We love Ecosafe 4/14/2009

We called Ecosafe after we received a flyer in the mail for a free carpet cleaning for one room. We liked the company and the product so much we had them do 3 other carpets while they were here. They all turned out great. The drying process was much quicker than expected. We will definitely use Ecosafe again. more
