I cleaned my own carpet. After cleaning my carpet I was left with a spot where I didn't have one before cleaning the carpet. I called Eco Carpet Service. The gentlemen who answered the phone asked if it was Berber carpet? I said, how did you know? Eco Carpet Service came within 2 hours, removed the brown stain, and explained I probably got my carpet too wet in that spot or it could have been a urine stain from my pet. They said if the stain came back, to call and there was something else they could try. It didn't come back. Looks fine! There prompt service is much appreciated! Pros: Fast, Efficient more

The nail polish stain in the rug almost vanished. 2/10/2010

We were very pleased when we used Eco Carpet Service last month to clean our couch and Oriental rug. The price was explained to me up front and there were no changes after the service. I had a nail polish stain that I did not expect to come out; but was very surprised when almost all of it was removed! Mike called back after the service to be sure we were satisfied. Truly marvelous window treatments cleaning service. 2/9/2010

From the first moment I called this company up until they completed the job they were excellent. Eco Carpet Service cleaned my three Silhouette window treatments with good results. Before the Silhouette’s were dusty and had some visible stains. After they were cleaned, the shades looked a thousand times better. The stains are gone and you can still smell the fresh organic cleaning scent. Pros: Very lovely people to deal with. more

Recommended for organic oriental rug cleaning. 2/2/2010

Your technician went about his work, took minimal time & was very courteous. I chose you because you are local & were recommended by friends who no longer live here. I was happy that stains had been removed. Before there were large water stains plus droplet size water stains & everyday soil. Afterward, all stains were gone, area rug looked new again. Eco Carpet Service is the best rug cleaning company I have ever experienced. The workers are prompt, courteous, and reliable and the results were excellent. Each time I have been very impressed with the quality of work and the professionalism they have displayed on each job. I was astonished after they returned my cherished oriental rug which used to belong to my grandfather. They replaced the fringes with brand new ones and the colors are vivacious again. Most professional eco rug cleaning company out there. 1/19/2010

A most professional company. They seem genuinely concerned about doing the best possible job! The employees I've had contact with either in person or on the phone are most kind and extremely helpful. A few years ago we had a burn on our oriental rug in front of the fireplace. The owner HIMSELF came to our home. He shaved the rug in the burned area. It is barely noticeable and he didn't charge us a cent! He told me we were good clients. Unbelievable! I'll never call anyone but Eco Carpet Service! My oriental rug stays cleaner much longer than it has with other companies. I feel completely at ease when Frank and his assistant are in our home. I feel confident that Eco Carpet Service would not hire employees who aren't honest and could not be trusted in client's homes. That gives me a terrific peace of mind. Exact quote and prompt service. 1/19/2010

The service was PROMPT! They came at the exact time promised for quote and cleaning. What is the level of service after cleaning?? FIVE STARS!! Happiness is clean oriental rugs after Eco Carpet Service. I am completely satisfied with the results. My old rug looks brand new! The only problem is my carpet looks so good after the cleaning; I'll have a hard time talking my husband into buying new carpeting. They provided a complete explanation of services (written) quote. Pleasant smell, very efficient. 1/8/2010

This was the first time Eco Carpet Service cleaned my carpet. The smell was so pleasant. Noah was a very quiet but pleasant young man. He found a missing earring of mine. I felt as though I had new carpeting installed. It looked just as it did 4 years ago. The pile was restored to its original thickness. Pros: Friendly staff. more

Eco Carpet Service cleaned our white leather furniture that we have had for fifteen years. It now looks like new. They also cleaned our white carpet and we were very pleased with the results. I found Eco Carpet Service through Ethical Services, read all the glowing reviews and called myself. Max came by and gave me a quote, and I was able to schedule my cleaning within the same week. The team (2 men) were actually 15 minutes early which made me very happy as we were going out of town that evening (good time to let the carpets, sofa and chair dry). It took them a little over an hour, and they worked hard. I don't think I've ever seen my carpets so clean - the stairs especially - and not only did they get out the puppy stains, but they also got out the red spot from a finger cut and every other spot around the house that they said they would. I will definitely call Eco Carpet Service again in six months to keep my light colored carpet as clean and free of pet dander as I can. The service for both the carpets and the furniture was very reasonable considering the quality of workmanship that I received. Pros: Fast Service, Impressing results. Cons: None more
