As far as Springdale, during the grant application EcliptixNet had to work hand in hand with the Town of Springdale and this community confirmed that Air-Pipe, LLC service was not available. You make it sound that the Mayor’s, Town council and supporting community members of these Communities have know clue of what is offered within their own community. As far as being a RF tech, do you also have experience in the requirements and process it takes to be in compliance with the CCGrant and Steven County’s many regulations for tower builds. This company has received 2.3 Million of your US taxpayers dollars, promising to build out internet to ares that they claim don't have any service. Springdale was already able to get service form Air-Pipe, LLC, and there two new grants were also able to get service form like company's. At most the existing company's would of had to add a single repeater. but instead they receiving federal money to build out there own internet company. As an RF tech. i have seen them build way more than just to there promised area, and none of it is in operation! or if it is where are there clients? they build right on top of other existing company's with federal money. FEDERAL MONEY! killing local business! On top of which they have a bad reputation of ignoring those that they build on top of, building without contracts Etc. In my opinion they should have there grants revoked, and have the money given to people who know what there doing. and that are already near completing there goal. Ecliptixnet is behind promised deadlines and even Springdale wants to know, WHERE IS OUR BROADBAND! Pros: They have money! Cons: It's our tax dollars being wasted more
