Very rude sales lady,just asking for a different color of glass top dining table ,keep saying about the price is more expensive than the one displayed,I never asked the price just asking other color and style offer no help and made me feel like she doesn't wants to sell something.Very poor customer service.!!!I am planning to buy the dining table soon whatever price but I will never buy here and come here again. bait and switch 12/7/2002

If your not sure you like something do not buy it at Ecko. I tried to return three things that were in flat boxes, unopened, 18 hours after I bought them. they wanted to charge a 20% restocking fee for something I carried out to the car myself. when I chose another table the salesman ripped the price tag off the table, after I told him it was the one I wanted, and charged me $80 more than the price on the tag. I emailed the manager, it has been three week and still have no reply. Bad taste. more

Fun shopping experience 8/2/2002

I admit it: I love this store. Ecko is the type of place where you KNOW the prices are higher than they should be, and you KNOW the furniture isn't the highest quality...but nonetheless you find yourself mentally redecorating your home with their funky chairs and quirky lamps. I've bought a few things here over the years, and the service has always been good (best of all: the sales staff says hello when you walk through the door, but they don't hassle you to death). Pros: Friendly staff, Good selection more
