At Dr. Eckharts I came here to straighten my bottom teeth. He said i would have to have to have braces for a year and a half, but I only had them on for a little over a year. Just listen to what they tell you and it goes by quicker. The staff here is really nice. Also if you have an emergency you can come in whenever which is cool. I liked it here it was quick and easy. Pros: Good staff Cons: Braces hurt my mouth more

Great Orthrodontics 4/27/2010

Eckhart Orthrodontics was a great place for me to get my teeth done! There was an understanding staff that helped me understand the ins and outs of the process and really knew what they were doing. The facilities were great, and there are two locations to help make it more flexible and easy for the patient. Basically, I think this is the place to go to get your done. Pros: Everything Cons: Nothing more

Invisalign Treatment 4/14/2010

It's a great experience I had with my invisalign treatment at Dr. Eckhart. It totally transformed how my teeth look. The most amazing thing was that one of my lower teeth was turned 90 degrees after the treatment! I totally recommend Dr. Echart & his team to anyone who needs braces, and Invisalign is the greatest invention ever! Pros: Life transforming experience Cons: Can't think of any more

FAB Smile 4/13/2010

I wanted a perfect smile and I got it! I used to not want to take any photos of myself because I didn't like my smile... Now I jump in front of the camera. I love that all my questions were answered and no one thought they were dumb questions. I would refer all my friends and family to Dr. Eckhart. Pros: Friendly staff, clean work areas Cons: Nothing major. more

The staff and Dr. Eckhart were always friendly. They were able to fix my teeth and my smile. I really liked how my smile came out after my braces were removed. I would recommend Dr. Eckhart Pros: My teeth came out straight. Cons: Pain from the shots. more

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. 2/21/2007

Absolutely TERRIBLE service. The initial examination turned out to be with his non-DDS licensed assistant even though the website advertises an examination by the doctor. In the following month, the assistant failed to return all three of my phone calls requesting for more info about the examination. I complained to the new patient coordinator and she said she would review with Eckhart and get back to me. Not surprisingly, I have not heard back from her either. Considering ortho treatment is fairly expensive, I am shocked to find this practice doesn't treat new patients better. I have not found this guy or his staff to make any sincere attempts to earn a patient's business and thus doesn't deserve my business or yours. more
