I'm afraid that, while my stylist was a sweetheart, I would not go to this salon again. The color that I received was not at all what I wanted, and that is the result of a failure to listen to the customer. The manager was very defensive and brusque, and made me feel awful about asking for a correction. The problem was that the stylist did not listen and was not very good at communicating her intentions or helping to clarify mine. I went into the salon needing some expert advice and found none. When I tried to communicate what I wanted, the stylist did not pay attention. Well-intentioned, but it doesn't change the fact that my hair was first colored brown, now it's orange, and I wanted it blonde. Even after showing her a picture, the color is pretty off. \r
I've had much better experiences at salons.
