Ebersole Honda

I had a 2016 Honda Fit. We've had Honda's my entire life. I traded it in for a Subaru Crosstrek at a Subaru dealership. Within the first two days, the headlight went out on my crosstrek. I tried to get it replaced but Subaru wouldn't help me, sat on the phone. Went to Ebersole's express service and I was in and out within an hour. I'm now trading in my Crosstrek for a Honda HRV. The sales person was super nice and friendly. Had a nice conversation with me. Made me feel like more than just a sale. He didn't pressure us at all. They did my trade in value while I was test driving so all the numbers were ready when I got back. My trade in was enough to cover whatever I had left from the crosstrek and some carried over. I cannot wait to pick up my car tonight! more

I love Honda and had a good experience buying a new Honda Pilot in 2018, it made sense to go there when I wanted a Honda Certified Odyssey for my daughter. A week after my purchase of a 2016 Honda Odyssey the battery died ...it was never checked. I then called and spoke to the used car manager Nate. After some research he replied that it was never Certified but I bought an expensive extended warranty. I explained that I requested in front of my daughter that it be certified and I DID NOT want an extended warranty. I even spoke to the owner Andy Ebersole and he stood behind his used car salesman Bill! more
