Another great visit. You feel like you are with friends and the service is quick and done well.

Worst

didn't do full work detail. vehicle will deteriorate quickly from lack of a complete job, just buy tires here. nothing else.

Excellent Service 2/3/2014

Dan and Cooper provide the service that used to be commonplace but now is very hard to find. They are attentive, recommend good alternatives and don't push customers into products they don't need or want. I have been coming here for years and my daughter is now a customer as well. They treat you right! more

I needed 4 tires for my 2003 Nissan Exterra. I went to 2 other stores and they weren't finding the tires I needed or they only found tires that were way over my price range. My friend recommended for me to call Eberhardt's Tires, so I did. It took a little time for them to get to me but when I finally talked to someone he gave me his full attention. I gave him the specks of what I needed and he gave me 3 different quotes that were all in my cost range. I looked up the tires and they were all highly rated and better for the tires I needed. They told me the tires will be in in the next morning so I made an appointment. I got to the place it was clean and the guys behind the counter gave me undivided attention. They were polite and very knowledgable of what my car needed. They have a well organized staff and the place was clean and well kept for being a tire company. I recommend people to call and make reservations before you go because they are busy. more

BEST IN THE O.C.! 1/27/2014

I absolutely LOVE this place. I have 4 cars and bring them ALL here for tires. I am a female and places tend to give us the run around on pricing, what needs servicing etc. I have yet to call and get a quote from them and the price was higher or changed. If anything on occasion it is slightly lower. Service is GREAT and has to be the CLEANEST waiting room of any Auto/Tire store I've ever been in. more

I was not pleased with my last visit, because I got the news that I needed 2more tires and these tires did not last more than 2yrs. I do not drive a lot of miles and when I said this the comeback was "Maybe you should walk to work." That took me aback and I now have to reconsider if this company is a good fit for me. Thank you for your past support I just think I need to rethink what I need to do to get better service for my tires. more

They were quick, accurate, fair on pricing, and very easy to deal with. I called in the morning about two tires, confirmed they had them, went in in the afternoon and had them installed. I was in and out in about 45 minutes. more

Friendly. Affordable compared to other automotive repair shops. No issues with new kyb struts. Car performs as expected with new equipment. Management and service tech kept me informed during the process. more
