Eaves Formal Wear

I didn't know what Eaves Formal Wear really was until I asked while at David's Bridal. We were going to need Tux's for our wedding so we gave it a shot! The staff was incredible to work with and very helpful with making our final decisions. I recommend Eaves to anyone looking for a Tuxedo rental - we will be using them in the future! more

Hey went to eaves yesterday those are the sweetest girls in that store they waited on me fast no waiting got my measurement and had me fixed up fast and the price was great to that other store was rude and expensive so eaves is the best and the people are very helpful give them a try u will love them more

VERY Disappointed!!! My husband went to pick up tux and the shirt had pubic hair all over it! The tux jacket was dirty, and the customer service lets just say could use some help. NO DISCOUNT OFFERED BUT ITS OK THAT WE HAVE TO DRIVE BACK 45 MIN to pick up the day of the event. WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE EVER AGAIN! more

Will never rent from them again! They have terrible customer service and the manager is even worse. My grooms tux was too short and had a hole in it. Then, the manager said we supposedly altered the tux. FYI...I can't sew and who had time! Everyones tux looked bad. The shoes were all dirty as well. I have rented tuxedos from Eaves for 4 years. I am in concert band and need to have tuxedos for 3 performances every year. I love this place, they have in stock service and the manager Maggie keeps my measurements on file so all I have to do is call and even when I am in a pinch and strapped for time she and her staff still manage to pull it off and I look wonderful! I would like to add that I am also a bigger than normal guy and they still fit me great! Pros: In stock service. Cons: zero. more

Overall our experience with Eaves was good. They have outstanding prices. Their employees were curtious and friendly. My wife and I recommend Eaves, but with a warning. Half of the tuxes were either the wrong sizes or were missing things (a vest, or a shirt, or a pair of shoes). However, in each case they were able to correct the mistake within a few hours. All of our guys picked up their tuxes a day early, so all of the corrections were made in plenty of time for the wedding and photos the following day. For those involved it was an inconvenience, however they gave us two free tuxedos (out of 11) and their prices were nearly half of other tux rentals on that side of town. For the price, they were worth the effort. However, plan ahead for some possible inconveniences. If you do, you will get a great deal. Pros: Great prices, friendly staff Cons: They make some mistakes in ordering more

Picked up tux on Friday for Saturday wedding but had to make 2 trips becasue it was not there when thay said it would be. On Saturday an hour before pictures found that the vest and tie had been left out (ticket on bag listed it). Called and asked to go to closest store for a replacement. more
