This company is awful. If you are redirected to their website to place an order online, save yourself some headaches and CALL the restaurant instead. \r \r I was charged twice...

Good: Everything. the Staff is awesome. Russell has been by far the best Customer Service Agent I have spoken to the entire year in any industry. I would like to see him promoted! The staff is awesome! - The food always comes in the estimated time and if you ever have an issue just use live chat and they will contact the restaurant for you! Love this company. Would like to be their spokesperson!. Bad: Nothing. Improvements: Better accuracy of when the "Dinner Specials" unlock. Sometimes it says they open at 6PM but its not open by 6:30PM. Other then that absolutely no complaints!!. Other: Absolutely Awesome!!. more
