Eastside Eye Physicians

I have learned that the best things in life are worth waiting for. I, along with other family members, have been going to Eastdide Eye Physicisns for a number of years and have been very pleased with the care, knowledge, and patience of the doctors and staff. In this day and age, we have forgotten about others and are always looking for immediate , I come before everyone else service. I have learned that, especially in eye care, medical emergencys arise and sometimes you may have to wait. I o Was once a medical emergency with a detached retina at 22 years of age, and I am sure that others had to wait for a while , while I received the urgent care that I needed to save my vision. These doctors are skilled, caring and dedicated to their field. If you have to wait at all, know that your sight is as precious as these doctors know it to be, and you are in the best care. I have rarely had to wait any longer than necessary, due to the fact that most visits require a waiting period while being dilated. more

45 minute's before you even see dr. more

I was a patient of Dr. Neal Krasnick but no more. He does not care for his patients. He keeps them waiting over an hour in the reception area and then another 40-45 minutes when you actually get in the room. His staff are extremely rude except for maybe one or two. When Dr. Krasnick actually comes in the room, then you are rushed through your appointment even though he has kept you waiting almost two hours! He doesn't explain anything to you, never looks at you and if you have questions, he acts like it's an inconveniece. He even looks at his watch like you are taking time from his schedule YET you are the patient and he's the one who has kept you waiting to begin with. Don't go to this physician or this office. Look elsewhere for a good eye physician. I will never go to this physician again. more
