Our office uses Brian’s service for our AV system. He is very knowledgeable and not only does he go above and beyond to exceed your expectations. His quality of work is up to par. He is very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions. He is definitely my go-to guy every time something goes wrong and as always, he never fails to find the solution. He is very professional, provide excellent customer service and very pleasant to work with. We are very pleased with his services. more

I first met with Bryan in June of last year for the purpose of designing a "budget conscious" system. Bryan was very accomodating, attentive, and knowledgebale. He visited our home on at least three different occasions. Each time the information he provided was accurate and the best fit for the scope of the system. I never felt as if Bryan was trying to "upsale" me to components that were beyond the budget. Despite multiple revisions to the scope of the project Bryan remained both very accessible and very patient. Upon completion I felt that the value of the components, the home visits, the email exchanges, and phone consultations were well beyond the amount paid. Eastside Audio Video, LLC. offers excellent knowledge paired with good customer service. They provide services that the larger chains either don't even offer or would charge an arm and a leg for. They are friendly and personable. Overall, it would be a better experience if Bryan could speak in layman's terms, but that's really the only negative I can think of. I highly recommend their services. more

Bryan, with East Side Audio Video has worked off and on for me for several years. He has done a lot of different work, from installing TVs, to repair work, to satellite work. He has done a lot of stuff. I don't use him exclusively, but he is good. I like his work. more

Bryan has done my audio and video for a number of years, and I trust him completely. He listens to my concerns and he knows what I want. And, he will either fix it so that I can do what I want to do, or he will purchase the equipment to suit my particular need. Everything has turned out very well, and if I have any questions, I cam call or email him and he instantly responds. So, the customer service and follow up has been fantastic. Bryan pays attention to my video and audio needs and designs accordingly. For instance, I had a 36" or 38" television that fit my bookcase, but it was impossible to get a larger television to fit that space. So, Bryan gave me an option for a TV stand that sits in front of the bookcase and swivels, and it worked out really well. I did not have to redesign my family room. I was able to get a large 48" screen, and I love it. It looks very nice in my family room. Bryan takes very good care of me. I would highly recommend East Side Audio Video to anyone looking for a service such as he provides. more
