Everytime I call to try to fix a problem that they have caused they act like they do not care and refuse to escalate me to their manager. I do not call yelling or what have you, I just try to get my issue resolved while I am on the phone and want to understand exactly what has happened. The problems that I have had, which their staff (once they listen) do admit are not my fault, have cost me thousands of dollars and they truly do not care. It is almost as if they have a policy of not helping in these situations - I can't understand why, but it feels that way.
Pros: good rates
Cons: not a good credit union - literally the worst I've seen
