Friendly and fast... 4/3/2006

The folks at Eastlake cleaners are always friendly, turn things around quickly and do a solid job with cleaning and repairs. I've taken a favorite pair of jeans here twice for surgery and they are holding up beautifully. They are not the cheapest, but they are consistent. more

so fresh, so clean 11/15/2005

Okay, I bought this old, wrinkly pleated skirt at a garage sale one day for cheap (like $1) and I figured it was worth putting a couple bucks of dry cleaning into it. I figured right. The lovely, friendly lady at the front counter (and I guess the one that does the cleaning too) accepted the dingy old thing and marked the few stains with her "special" tape. I said thank you and left. The very next day, I came back to find the skirt in oh so perfect condition. Each of pleats was perfectly pressed and there wasn't a spot/stain to be found. And if presentation means anything to you, when she washes and presses my sister's boyfriend's shirts they come out nicely hung with the sleeves folded into the center in a nice pattern. more

Good cleaners, iffy (and pricy) alterations 8/18/2005

Eastlake Cleaners is conveniently located on the main drag and does a good job on standard drycleaning. My wife had them do some alterations though, and not only were they super-pricey, she also said they did a lousy job of following her instructions. BUT, the drycleaning is fine, with relatively standard pricing and same-day service available. more

Fast Turn-around 8/4/2005

I like this cleaners because they have the ability to get clothes back to you the same day that you drop them off. I find this helpful because I inevitably forget to take things in for the special occasions that I have known about for months!!!! I have absolutely nothing bad to say about this place - my clothes are always perfect when I get them back and they have never failed to deliver. more

Same-day clean clothes 8/3/2005

I've dropped my clothes at Eastlake cleaners several times, and well, they've come back clean. As a visitor, their ability to turn the clothes around same day was really welcom. I have to admit that I was suprised when my flat-front pants (and shorts and jeans), came back with creases down the middle. They were clean, but II would expect a cleaners to know when to crease and when not to crease... more
