I have been going to this restaurant for a number of years, and I will say that the food is great, and I have never been disappointed! I feel that the waiting staff is usually pretty good, and the prices for lunch are very reasonable. The portion sizes for lunch are just right, and the combination meals are an excellent choice if you would like soup with your meal. The only downside is that they do not offer an eggroll with the meal and if I had to pay extra for the eggroll, I would if they would add it to the combination meals.\r Other than that, I feel that this establishment will be in business for many years to come! more

Great Food and Good Service 2/19/2008

I go to Eastern Pavillion on a regular basis, and I have always had a pleasant experience each time I have gone, be it when ordering take-out or when dining in. I think the food is the best Chinese offered in the area, and the restaurant is nicely decorated, with a calm and ambient atmosphere. The staff is always attentive, respectful, and pleasant, but they also leave you enough room to enjoy your food without constant hassling. A great place to go if you want to spend time talking to someone and enjoy your meal, without the constant interruption of a server.\r Pros: Quality of food, Ambience, Acessible Parking more

just average with horrendous service 5/20/2006

waiter complained under his breath while he made up the moo shu beef about what another table had done to him. it was completely unprofessional and could have been overlooked if we hadn't been. he was never on the floor and neither was anybody else. other waiters weren't responsive to our requests for more water, our missing glass of wine and green beans, refill on the duck sauce. we weren't asked how our food was nor did he care to drop the check for a good 25 minutes. not quite sure how they stay in business, the food is not exceptional or even close to it.
