We had this company outfit our whole house ~26 mostly large windows & doors. We went with them because of their ""Lifetime Product & Service Guaranty"" and they were certainly not the cheapest. It turns out that guaranty means nothing! They tell us it is the way we pulled the blind that the cord broke off. Strange that the other 25 blinds are fine. Then they tell us they no longer carry such blinds, etc. In short, we are on our own to replace & pay for the replacement & workmanship for the blind. They have now lost any prospective business we may have available, and we certainly will never recommend them to anyone. more

The people at east west blinds treated me great. They got me a great price on my romans and they did an excellent job on the installation. The new romans in my house really make it look beautiful !! Pros: Great Price, Selection, and customer service Cons: none more

They told me that romans could not be stiched with privacy liners. That was a bold face lie and I found another company to do it a lot cheaper with much more professionalism. This company didn't have a showroom to see the displays. Pros: None! Cons: They said there was no way to stitch romans with liners! more
