lots of options and helpful staff 4/13/2006

I was in the process of replacing nearly all the flooring in my townhouse and went to a couple of places before EW Flooring. I was so happily surprised by the helpful, patient nature of the staff, so I purchased 3 rooms worth of flooring here. I had a odd sized room and they helped me figure out how to affordably carpet it and then worked out convenient delivery and installation procedures, etc. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this store! more

Flooring options as far as the eye can see 9/22/2005

This huge warehouse of flooring options, including tiles, carpeting, and hardwood floors, provides more options than you'll probably ever need. Although it's a little difficult to move through, the store's employees are really friendly, and take the time to answer all of your questions. I also appreciate that they don't take the "hard sell" approach, but let you think over your options. They also run good financing deals. Definitely worth a look. more

Plus, we' ve taken much of the confusion out of shopping for flooring with our SELECTAFLOOR system. THE VERY BEST QUALITY
We demand the best for our customers. In fact, every floor we carry must be rated to meet rigorous quality standards for performance and comfort. That' s why we offer the best warranties in the business.

    PERSONALIZED SERVICE
We offer personalized service you won' t find anyplace else. Our experts are specially trained to know every product we offer inside and out. They ask the right questions. Then show you the best options from carpeting and hardwood, to ceramic and laminate.

Carpet: To find the carpet lifestyle that fits your home, think about the way you live and the overall feel you want your home to have. Consider the room you want to carpet and how your family uses that room.

Vinyl: Easy to maintain and ideal for moisture-prone areas, vinyl has long been a staple floor material for bathrooms and kitchens. Holds up splendidly to heavy traffic, children and pets. Sheet vinyl is available in 6ft and 12ft widths or in any length needed. Vinyl is also available in rich, luxurious tile squares for the finest interiors.

Laminate: Mimicking the look of real wood, tile or stone, laminates are very easy to clean and never require sanding or refinishing. Their sandwich-like four-layer construction consist of a wear layer on top, followed by a decorative sheet that contains the printed image, then a rigid core- usually fiberboard or wood- and finally a bottom balancing layer that prevents warping. Because it' s so versatile and durable, laminate makes a great " whole house solution. "

Tile: For an elegant and natural look in high traffic areas, it' s hard to beat ceramic or porcelain tile. Available in glazed or unglazed, tile is a good choice for moisture prone areas like entryways, kitchens or baths. Extremely durable and simple to maintain, it compliments other floor types such as carpet, hardwood, or laminate. Another option is natural stone, which comes in several forms and varies in look, usage and durability
