Don't waste your time! I bought a Groupon for the lipotropic injections, and found out a week after that I was pregnant. I called East West Physicians immediately and told them, but that I still wanted to come in after the baby was born (a full 9 months later). The woman assured me that they would accept the full voucher value and congratulated me. A couple months later- I called again and this time got the name of the person and wrote down the date I spoke with her. She again assured me that all was good, and encouraged me to print my Groupon before it expires just so that I have access to the code when I want to redeem it. And then about 6 weeks later (just before delivery) I called again and was reassured again - that all is good from the same lady. She even took down my name and Groupon number so that I didn't have any problems when coming in with my expired Groupon . \r

Well fast forward- my son was born 1 month ago today- I decided I wanted to get back into shape and was ready to redeem my voucher. I go in, let them know I'm a new patient and tell them about my Groupon which I present to them. They have me fill out 6 pages of paperwork, 90% of which is not pertinent to me, as I'm only seeking to get my injections, however I still complete the paperwork. The girl behind the front desk goes and tells the Dr about my situation, and I can overhear the entire conversation, and he's insistent that they will NOT honor my voucher. What a crock! He was somewhat rude in his response and came out to even 'glare' at me. All the while I have my NEWBORN son with me at the office, clearly what I've claimed has all been true, but no one will fess up to the fact I had these conversations. \r

Thank goodness it was purchased through Groupon who stands behind thier promises... they happily refunded my money and allowed me to make a complaint against East West Physicians as a merchant NOT to do business with. \r

Stay Away.... it's very strange place as another reviewer wrote.
