Was amazing!! 6/12/2013

Knew exactly what was wrong just by telling them what the truck was doing. Was able to get the part replaced under warranty! Quick in and out service! Very friendly staff! I will ONLY trust my cars to them!! more

Great Experience 6/1/2013

I called East Valley Auto Repair after receiving a huge quote from another car repair service. I was quoted half the price by East Valley Auto! Great customer service, friendly owners, and honest quality repairs, what more can you ask for? How about a free ride home or to work after you drop your vehicle off and a ride back to the shop to pick up your car! They even put freon into my air conditioner that I had not have fixed because I was told that it was the compressor, but it was'nt just need a freon charge! Great experience and will definetly be taking my car there for any service needs. Thanks East Vally Auto! more

Air conditioning repair 5/10/2013

I took my Harley Davidson Pick-up in for an air conditioning diagonosis and they were quick to find the hole in my dryer and they had the part on hand to do the repair at a very reasonable price I will be bringing my other vehicles to them when their service is due , the owners are very pleasant to deal with and definatly know how to handle customers in a pleasing fashion more

I had a previous experience with another repair shop and they overcharged me. I went into East Valley Auto and they treated me with respect. They didn't try to overcharge me, they were very fair and I have been recommending them since. more

Very Amazing 4/18/2013

Basically walked in (called ahead but they said come on by same day) and they took me right in. Told me what he thought was going on and what course of action to take (all within a minute of looking at it which means he knows what he is looking at). He went with the easiest route first and it was fixed in 30 minutes. The A/C is still working just fine. Charges for the service are unheard of at the big stores. Please support this place. Very dying breed of store. more

I ~used~ to go to one of the nation-wide chains....NO MORE! These folks can do it all. Excellent prices, very fast and GREAT service, friendly too! Highly Highly recommend, they will be the new service providers on any of my vehicles! more

took my truck to 5 diff mechs,1st mech tolg me this prob, went to that mech, told me diff prob, finally my 5th mech was east valley!tamra and dean were excellent! plus dean loves older atrucks like me! more
