My wife and I went to buy car at Victory Nissan, asked for internet price, our salesman Jersey ###### told us there was none we liked the car (at first) and bought it,,, went home and out of curiosity went on internet and Lo and Behold there was our car selling for $1200.00 less, we called dealer spoke with general manager and basically was told"too bad, nothing they could" called the dealership owner...good luck getting a hold of him...next day went to start the car... dead battery, washed the car the roof antenna fell off, called Victory's dealership general manager and he wouldn't even take our calls, we then called East Tennessee Nissan and they were great, towed our car in, replaced battery, went over the car and found more wrong with it, sent me home by their shuttle, called me when work was done, came and got me by shuttle, told me there was NO CHARGE they were sorry for the treatment we received from Victory and were sorry they couldn't help rectify the financial misrepresentation, I heartily recommend East Tennessee Nissan and would NOT wish Victory Nissan on my worst enemy....
