Matthew Totten, MD, has been providing family medicine services in Northwest Arkansas since receiving his medical degree from University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in 2003. Following medical school, Dr. Totten completed his residency training in family medicine at UAMS AHEC Northwest in Fayetteville and Springdale, where he served as Chief Resident. He is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. His professional interests include diabetes / chronic disease management as well as the use of computers and technology in medical practice. When not in clinic, Dr. Totten enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter plus traveling, fishing, and computers. Mario Azuero, MD, completed a family medicine residency at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Area Health Education Center - West. Dr. Azuero is bilingual (English/Spanish)..
