Remarkable Service 7/5/2009

I travel a lot, and due to my old age and falling eyesight,I often depend on bold letter or verbal contacts. Thanfully upon my arrival at Sea-Tac I was greeted inside the terminal at baggage claim by the driver with a sign that boldly displayed my last name. Than we got my luggage and was escorted to the vehicle and politely asked if I need to make any stops prior to the drop of at my house.I humbly declined and settled back and enjoyed my ride.Being a senior citizen in todays society? Our needs are sort overlooked,but with Eastside Limo I was made to feel that I mattered as a client. Thank you verry much! Pros: Best in Town more

Service gone downhill !! 9/8/2007

I used to use this service a lot a few years ago when I lived on the eastside and they actually provided me with decent service. My recent experience was absolutely horrible and I will never use this company again. I think they have grown larger and are compromising service and raising prices just because they think they can! Pros: Can't think of one Cons: This service is poor and the owner now thinks it's ok to be rude to customers! more
