George starting having a very hard time getting around the house. He was having difficulty on the hardwood and tile floors. Then it got progressively worse and he started having problems in the carpet. After just 3 of the Adequan injections, I could see a huge difference. Now, only 4 weeks in, he has a much easier time getting around and is a much happier dog. more

I just decided to write here.? I have been in 3 times recently with my new pup for the series of shots they need.? Each and every time, I come away saying, ?And that?s why I go there.?? Everyone is kind and open and friendly to both me and my pup.? I get in immediately and we get started.? I have received helpful tips and advise that were above and beyond from the doctor as well as the staff. ?I genuinely appreciate the loving and professional environment you create. more

The test could of been repeated as requested however you chose to honor another colleagues work. They are awesome! I brought in my new puppy and found the staff caring and loving and helpful. They helped me learn what to expect since this is my first puppy. Bailey's first visit with shots and a monthly pill to give cost me less than $50! Awesome. A++++ more

Dr. C has been there for us through hernia surgery, parvo, wellness exams and everything in between. He and his staff are professionals are outwardly exude a love for their clients. We couldn't ask for any better care than we currently receive at East Plano Animal Hospital. They are awesome!! more

Dr. Carbonell is an awesome veterinarian He cares for the pets and explains things well and everyone who works there are very friendly. If you need a vet clinic I would recommend East Plano Animal Hospital to anyone. more

From the moment I stepped in the door I felt at home. Friendly staff and doctor. My pet has never behaved so well and the staff handeled him great. The staff give me calls to check on my pet after each visit and answer any questions I may have. I will not go anywhere else - Dr.C and his staff are stuck with me and ""Lefty"" for the long run! more

Dr. Carbonell told me out of the blue he was refusing to treat my pet any longer and would not even sell me the food his associate Dr. Bridges prescribed. He told me everything was fine per treatment after an exam 6 weeks earlier! Also tried to charge $340.00 to remove a tooth that Plano Animal and Bird Clinic charged me $70.00 to handle. Price gouging galore here! These people are obviously foreigners and I felt there was some racial bias against Caucasians. Beware and take your business elsewhere! VERY POOR CUSTOMER ETIQUETTE FROM DR. CARBONELL HIMSELF. UTTERLY BIZARRE! more

Thank you very much for taking my dog home when he was sick. It would have been very expensive at the emergency clinic and I would just freak out all the time if I took him home while he was still ill. You all have been the best. I have been telling my friends about you on Facebook. Pros: Good staff, clean place. Cons: I hope open earleir than 8 am. more
