This is the worst veterinary clinic I have ever been to. Do not be fooled by smiling faces at the front desk. The front desk staff is very rude, unwilling to help you. The customer is always WRONG at East Padden Animal Hospital in Vancouver,WA. Be prepared to spend $750-$1,000 on your visit ... even for something minor. Prescription prices are double what they are anywhere else. They will push pills on your pet even when you tell them that your pet is allergic to a specific medicine. East Padden Animal Hospital nearly killed my dog. They are despicable and evil. more

Great 3/18/2010

We took our pets to doctor Tracy, before she became a part of East Padden, and she is truly a gem. She is very caring and informative. Our pets KNEW that Dr. Tracy loved them and it showed. She is also very supportive of decisions that patient families have to make that sometimes are very hard and heart wrenching for the families. She truly believes in doing what is best for the animal. more

Wonderful veterinary care 3/6/2010

We are extremely happy with the care provided to our 2 year old Newfie at East Padden. Dr. Tracy is friendly, helpful, and always treats our dog with respect. Exams are thorough and a copy of the exam report is e-mailed to us after the appointment so we can review it if we like. We plan to continue taking our dog to East Padden for all of his healthcare needs. more

Compassionate 1/21/2010

When our pet rabbit started acting a little funny, we were referred to East Padden Animal Hospital since they are one of the few vet offices that see rabbits. Dr. Tracy was awesome! She treated our rabbit with care and compassion. We were given three options for treatment, two of which were very expensive. Dr. Tracy was completely understanding of our choice not to take the expensive road. She showed us how to treat our rabbit and then at least once a week, someone called us to find out how he was doing! That meant a lot to me. more

East Padden Animal Hospital is great! 9/8/2009

I took my cat to East Padden Animal Hospital when I couldn't get in right away to my regular the vet. The folks there were friendly and the prices weren't bad at all. Overall, it was a good experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for veterinary care. more

More than you would ever expect from a vet clinic! 6/19/2008

I took our cat to Dr. Thompson at East Padden. From the moment I walked in, I knew this would be my vet home where I will always take my animals. The staff is wonderful, Dr. Thompson is so patient and thorough and I received such good information to help me care for my cat. I've recommended Dr. Thompson and East Padden to all my friends. more

Excellent Service! 5/28/2008

I took my dog to see Dr. Thompson at East Padden Animal Hospital. Wow! The entire team was so friendly, Dr. Thompson was on time to my appointment, and my dog was not at all nervous about being there (he has hated other vet clinics). Dr. Thompson took the time to educate me about his problem and showed me exactly how to treat him. He is already getting better. The service at this hospital is amazing and the prices are good too. I will recommend East Padden Animal Hospital to everyone. By far the best animal clinic I have ever been to. more
