East Hill Florist

My wife and I recently used East Hill Florist for our wedding. We had another florist lined up to do our wedding, then was told they lost the paperwork and needed to reorder the flowers and it was going to cost us more. We then contacted Doris at East Hill and told her our situation and she was very helpful in expediting our rush order. The next day was the wedding and Doris stayed there until everything was laid out perfectly. Even though we made many changes she was very understanding. I would highly recommend them. more

We used East Hill Florist for our wedding--huge mistake. Linda, one of the women in the shop, was incredibly rude when we spoke on the phone about messing up the order I had placed and made no attempt to fix it, on my actual wedding day! The customer service is severely lacking and I was in disbelief at how rudely I was treated, despite being polite and understanding that mistakes happen. The arrangements were not what I had ordered, were sloppy, thorns were left on my boquet and they were so full of water it was leaking all over my dress. The corsages were a nightmare and HUGE, not what I had asked for at all. Very disappointed in the product, but more so with the response of the shop to fix it--which was no response at all except hostility and rudely YELLING at me. Please, go somewhere else if you want to get your moneys worth and decent service. more
