A+ SERVICE 3/30/2011

A+ Service every time!! I get my car serviced every 3000 miles at East Cooper Auto Pros. They give me a promise time when the car will be completed and have never been late. They have never sold me anything that I didn"t need, and if I do need something they show me and explain why I need it. I have nothing but great things to say about East Cooper Auto Pros more

WOULD NOT TAKE MY CAR TO ANY OTHER SHOP.. 1/26/2011

I have been going to East Cooper Auto Pros for years..I would not take my car anywhere else.....They are very friendly and go out of their way to make u feel welcome...I have never had to take my car back......I have always been pleased with the work....there has never been any suprises....They always give me an estimate about how much it will cost and if they find something later they always check with me before fixing it........they are very honest and reliable ...I have recommended them to many of my friends and family.... more

GREAT SHOP FOR CAR REPAIRS 1/29/2010

We have 3 cars and East Cooper Auto Pros works on all of them. We have used them for about 4 years and have always been very pleased with the work done. We have always been given an estimate for the work to be done, and twice the bill has been lower than the estimate. we recommend East Cooper Auto Pros to all of our friends. more

QUALITY WORK AT A FAIR PRICE 2/19/2009

I own a toyota camry with 210,112 miles and have been using EAST COOPER AUTO PROS since 1997. They have always diagnosed the problem quickly and normally repaired it the same day..Their prices are very reasonable. They even let me bring my own parts !!!! I would recommend them to anyone wanting great quality work at a fair price. more

Good luck getting good service 6/10/2008

Every time we have used them, they give us a timeframe to look at our car, and then take two or three days longer just to diagnose. They leave our car sitting on their lot for entire days untouched, stringing us along that it is "next up." They also often don't return phone calls unless they are the ones who called you. more
