East Coast Extortion, Refused Sale, Refused Refund
The lied to get me into their dealership from an internet quote telling me they'd give me a better deal if i came in. then they refused to budge on a HORRIBLE quote. refused to honor their referral program with outrageous excuses. Then they tried to force options on me at extra cost telling me it's neccesary when the contract CLEARLY said OPTIONAL. WHen i refused to accept those options, the refused to sell to me after wasting my time for 6 hours. and then they REFUSED to give me back my $5000 downpayment. I had to fight for 2 months to get my money back.
